The String Trio
Love the sound of live strings but limited on budget or space? Nexus offers three smaller ensemble options beyond our standard string quartet to help you find the group that is perfect for your event.
The string trio consists of a violin, viola, and cello. While the sound will not be as full as the quartet, the trio will still offer a beautiful string ambiance for smaller Colorado events in the Denver metro, Front Range, and more. This group can mix genres and loves to perform anything from Bach to Coldplay!
Turn Up the Volume!
The ideal guest count for each Nexus ensemble will vary widely based on factors like event location, guest flow through the venue, existing acoustics in the space, and more.
While all of our string ensembles are, as a standard, fully acoustic, Nexus now offers the add-on option for amplification. This will help boost our acoustic sound just enough during noisy receptions, in situations where we must be set further from the guests, or in large/outdoor spaces so that the music can still be present without overwhelming guest conversations.
